Carol Miethke

My background includes 30 years of professional performance as an orchestra and chamber ensemble musician, and having studied with exceptionally wonderful, prominent teachers, I find joy in working with and sharing my experience with students. I have been impressed that the arts are a powerful influence in a meaningful and creative approach to life. I have taught students of all levels and ages for over 25 years, and my focus is on a balanced study of repertoire, musicianship skills and the excitement and motivation of pursuing goals through performance and assessments. My background studies include Martha Strongin Katz of The New England Conservatory and Heidi Castleman of The Julliard School of Music. I earned the Bachelor of Music in performance.
