Professional Recording Request

The cost of a professional two-hour recording is $200 and may be paid by cheque, debit or credit card. 

You will be contacted by a school administrator within four (4) business days of submission of this form with confirmation of your recording booking.

Recordings are only available from October–March. Anything beyond this will require permission from the dean.  

Professional recording sessions are booked with our in-house team of recording engineers. Students of the Glenn Gould School and Taylor Academy are not permitted to bring in outside personnel for the purpose of an audio and/or video recording at the RCM, due to liability concerns. 

Your recording will be sent to you via e-mail dropbox link within five (5) business days. Payment must be received before the online link of the recording will be forwarded to you. To make your payment, please see a school administrator.

*** CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Recording bookings that are cancelled or changed with more than one week’s notice before your confirmed booking time will be subject to a fee of $150.

Cancellations or changes within one week of the confirmed booking time will be subject to a fee of $200. Fees are non-transferrable.
