The program funding is earmarked for culturally specific, ethno-cultural and equity seeking arts and non-profit groups or groups that engage, promote or present artists from these priority groups. Some of these include Indigenous groups, newcomers to Canada and Immigrants, persons with disabilities, racialized communities, women, youth, members of official language minority, 2SLGBTQIA+
