Learning an instrument is an exciting and sometimes daunting experience, so I know how important it is to have a great teacher supporting you along the way. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience both with performing and teaching, and am confident I can help you with whatever your goals are! My philosophy is, not everyone wants to become a musician, but everyone can benefit from music! I have a Masters of Clarinet Performance from the University of British Columbia, and have played with ensembles such as the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, Vancouver Metropolitan Orchestra, Vancouver Island Symphony, Kamloops Symphony, and many more. Many of my students have achieved their RCM certificates at the highest level of honours, and even received awards for the highest marks in the country.
