I have a Bachelor degree in teaching piano from Ukrainian conservatory and have been teaching piano in Toronto for over 30 years. Many of my students have won Awards at local Music Competition and have been featured in Concerts and Performances at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center in New York. Some of my students received Teachers Diploma after successfully passing exams at Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto. The philosophy of my teaching is that there are no limits in developing the piano skills of a student. My style encompasses recreational music-making along with more serious attention to classical music study. Unique approach to each student. Learning basics and repertoire of your interest. However there are important steps and stages to follow for every level from a beginner to an Associate of The Royal Conservatory of Music. The students are also encouraged to perform at piano recitals or compete at different music festivals and piano competitions. The most important aspect of my studio is the very positive atmosphere. Every student is given the opportunity to learn to play the piano to the best of their ability and be part of the wonderful world of music.
