Shelly Groves

Shelly holds her BMus Performance, having studied with Bill van der Sloot (Mount Royal) as well as with Lorand Fenyves and Phoebe Tsang (Glenn Gould School). She has extensive experience playing on recordings and with various Alberta-based bands. Shelly currently performs locally with country/jazz/rock trio Hazy Grove as well as the Second Fiddle String Jam. She also helps organize Turtle Mountain Music Camp, an annual chamber and voice event, as well as conducting the Crowsnest Pass Symphony Orchestra and running a thriving private studio.
