I teach in my home studio as well as online. Lessons are 30 minutes for the very young and 45 minutes, 60 or 75 minutes for older students. Twice a week lessons are an option for the youngest. In my studio, students learn on a Steinway Model L grand as well as a Boston grand. I strive to convey my own joy in music making to each of my students. I meet each individual where they are in development and work with it. No two kids are alike and I simply love working with all different abilities. My studio filled with laughter and hard work. Yes, those two things go together very well! Every student participates in whatever event is best suited for them. Student Evaluations, NJMTA events, Monster Concerts and a variety of recitals. And yes, of course, RCM examinations. I am proud of my students who are in Show Choir, chorus, band and jazz band and of those who accompany the school musicals and chorus on piano. The more music activities the better! We are always celebrating something. And for my students with learning disabilities or on the spectrum, every tiny success is a major success. I welcome to my studio anyone who wants to learn, any age.
