Sharon Gow-Knickle

As an RCM Advanced Specialist, Certified teacher, I have enjoyed many years of working with students and helping them achieve their goals, with most following the RCM program. As a classically trained pianist, I believe that a strong foundation in technique, musicianship, and learning how to problem solve and practice efficiently will allow students to grow and play the music they most enjoy, while fostering a life long love for playing and music. My experience as a performer has been invaluable in helping students prepare for exams, competitions , auditions and concerts. Students of my studio will find a supportive and a nurturing environment, where learning is enjoyable and motivational. My students have been consistent winners in music festivals, both at the local and Provincial levels, and there are numerous RCM Gold medal winners. I welcome those who want to learn, to challenge themselves and pursue their potential.
