Peter Ness

I teach piano and theory for students of all ages and at all levels and can prepare them for RCM exams from beginner to ARCT. I also teach those who want to just play for their own enjoyment. I encourage students to choose music that they want to learn. Learning melodies and chords by ear is an important musical skill which I stress in my lessons. Students at a certain level can also learn jazz harmonies and improvisation. Twice a year (not during Pandemic!) I have student recitals in my studio for the students to showcase their accomplishments.
