My goal is to teach so that students enjoy music for the rest of their lives. With this goal in mind, lessons are student-centered, with a focus on the learning style that best suits the individual. Lessons are upbeat and engaging, with various activities and challenges to keep students on their toes, laughing, and learning. My goal is to create an experience that has students walking out the door smiling and feeling confident and empowered when tackling their new material for the week. A positive environment creates the best learning.
