Kristin Serrick

Kristin is an experience and certified advanced RCM teacher and holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in piano performance from Redeemer University College. She studied impressionism and the romantics under Valerie Tryon and Dr. Paul Thorlakson. She focuses on gaining a strong foundation, while encouraging improvisation, composition and creativity. Methods used include Alfred's and Wunderkeys in addition to the RCM curriculum. Technology, games, and off bench activities are regular additions to the lesson so students learn to be independent learners while enjoying the learning experience.
