Jonathan Klein

A dedicated teacher, Jonathan Klein's students regularly earn top honors at local, state, and national level competitions and festivals, have been invited to summer music intensive programs such as SEPF, Pianotexas, Brevard, UGA Hugh Hodgson Summer Institute, and have performed throughout the state and beyond including performances in New York’s Carnegie Hall (Weill Recital Hall). Jonathan is a member of Music Teachers National Association and has held several executive board positions including GMTA executive board & Financial Advisory Committee, GMTA Vice-President of Publicity, Athens MTA President (two terms), ATMA Program Chair, ATMA local auditions chair, and is founder and chair of the annual AMTA Sonata & Sonatina festival. Jonathan has been published in the national keyboard magazine Clavier Companion and regularly judges piano competitions and festivals throughout the southeast.
