A native of Lethbridge, AB, John-Paul Ksiazek is dedicated to his students and ensures lessons are tailored to students' individual personalities and goals. He is an expressive player with a strong understanding of technique, and also has experience as a chamber coach working with other instrumentalists. John-Paul is an active, performing musician with a wealth of experience performing solo, chamber music with strings, voice, and winds, accompanying choir, and performing with orchestra. He is the organist at McKillop United Church and performs regularly as a member of Opus 4, a piano quartet he formed with colleagues. He has a Master of Music degree from the University of Alberta and a D.É.S.S. from l'Université de Montréal. He has also been an artist-in-residence at The Banff Centre and has participated in Summer programs at the Orford Music Academy and Toronto Summer Music.
