I am a dual citizen of Canada and USA. I earned my Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Education from the University of Victoria in BC Canada, and am certified for K-12 Music and K-6 Education in Florida. Professionally - I play clarinet and tenor saxophone (jazz, classical and folk) with various groups in Gainesville Fl. In addition to teaching band in a fine arts charter school, I direct and co-direct an extra-curricular teen swing-jazz group and a teen mariachi band. I enjoy teaching piano, woodwinds and brass instruments -(in-person and online) in my cute music studio (located on our home property).
