Jenny Yuen

NOW ACCEPTING STUDENTS FOR THE 2024-2025 ACADEMIC YEAR!!!  Jenny started her piano education at age three. Her earliest memories of piano lessons include going over to her piano teacher’s house and their pet bird would sing along to her playing. Jenny started as a piano teaching assistant in 2012 and has been offering private piano lessons and Music for Young Children (MYC) group classes to students of all ages starting in 2013. Jenny graduated with a Biological Sciences degree from the University of Calgary in 2018. Jenny also graduated from her After Degree program in Education in 2020. Her specialization focuses on online education. Jenny spends much of her time volunteering and giving back to the community. In 2015, she founded a non-profit organization called Heart of the City Piano Program Calgary (HCPP). HCPP is a program that offers music lessons free of charge to underprivileged communities, particularly children.
