Jean-Luc Therrien

Having over 25 of experience playing the piano and 8 years teaching and giving masterclasses in music academies around the world, my approach as a teacher is to give my students (from any age and level) the basic tools they need to gain independance when they practice, accomplish their short term goals and truly master the piano music they wish to work on in the future, whether it's for fun or for preparing for an exam/performance. I can teach in English, French and a litte bit in German. As a teacher, I put together a plan taylored for each student's needs and goals. I also teach in a positive and encouraging environement whilst demanding discipline and the best effort from my students.
