Erin Fisher

I have been teaching via Skype regularly for over 5 years to students locally, and internationally in the USA, the UK and Dubai. I have had students that I've never worked with in person and they have successfully completed high level vocal examinations with lessons with me only via Skype. I am well set up to work virtually and my students are flourishing as always! I have been teaching for 10 years, and have a range of students who perform and compete regularly, complete exams, audition, produce albums, videos and concerts. I have sung opera in Europe and locally as a soloist with the Canadian Opera Company, but I grew up singing pop, jazz and musical theatre, and have performed all of those genres professionally too in both Canada and the US. I am also apart of the international award-winning vocal group, ViVA Trio. I work with my students (and parents) on their specific goals and assist in creating a foundation of technical skills needed for singing, and then I will breakdown the needed elements in order to stylize for the genre of music we are focusing on. I also have taught piano and theory, though I don't advertise this anymore, as working with vocal students has been my focus.
