“Ms Liz” of Richmond Hill is patient and kind and yet expects the best that each student can give. Just the right guidance is given so that the student may become an independent practice master! Students deep dive into the RCM full collection of books, and prepare for exams (including preparatory “mock exams” for piano AND rudiments). As at September 2022, lessons will continue online, with each student virtually attending a solo lesson, but then joining in with level-appropriate classmates for a group lesson approximately every 6 weeks. All graduates from “Music for Young Children” (“MYC”) from anywhere in Canada are welcome to join in at Level 2 RCM. Starting in September 2023, will offer RCM’s “Smart Start” program, at Max Music Academy. What a great journey this teacher has created for students!
