I have been teaching piano and guitar lessons in the East Toronto area for over 15 years. I teach in students’ homes- a great convenience for busy kids and parents, especially if a family has more than one child doing lessons. I also teach online. I mostly teach piano and guitar, but I also teach theory, composition, ukulele, mandolin, and balalaika. I'm an RCM certified teacher and I have a Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) in Music, a Masters Degrees in Music and a B.A. in Psychology (including courses in Memory, Perception, and Child Development, which have come in handy in my teaching.) I’ve been told that I do a good job at keeping the kids focused and engaged in the lessons. My teaching zone is the Beaches/Danforth Village area from Coxwell to Victoria Park, south of O’Connor.
