Encouragement and motivation are the keys to learning. My piano class provides a positive atmosphere which treasure every individuals' personalities and characteristics. It is very important for students to stay enthusiastic in their music journey. As an experienced teacher, teaching in line with the students' abilities and observing their needs are my strengths. Every students' teaching plan is custom-made with short-term and long-term goals. Wide collection of repertoires will be chosen under students' interest and qualities, including classical music (Baroque, classical, romantic period) and contemporary works. The combination of different pieces secure a correct hand posture, good musical sense, aural skills and knowledges in theory. To express yourself freely with this language, equipping yourself is vital. Practice regularly is a crucial part in piano-learning. Together we will setup an effective practice schedule which fits students' music goals. Through unremitting efforts, there is no doubt that they could step closer to their music dream. I conduct piano lessons for students from 4 years old to adult. My students achieved outstanding results in examinations and competitions. 90% of them received 'Merit' or 'Distinction' in international-recognized piano examinations, and have prizes in renowned competitions.
