Christina Wong

I am an experienced teacher who completed the RCM ARCT Teacher's certification. Starting to learn the piano at a young age of 4, I truly understands the work and dedication required, along with the many benefits of music education. I work with students from beginner to advanced levels and working across all age groups. I love working with young children especially, inspiring them to the world of music. I use a gentle and kind approach, yet directed and success-oriented, so every player feels pride in learning to play an instrument! I work out of my home studio, conveniently located in north Burnaby. I am fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin as well. I also have a science background and is a physiotherapist. This knowledge allows me to better understand how the human body works in playing an instrument and ensuring proper posture and technique to prevent injuries. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time in the playgrounds running around with my 2 children.
