Bianca Sarbu

I’ve been passionate about voice and piano my entire life. I’ve been building a studio for the past little while and am now offering private piano and voice lessons for students of all ages at my home studio. I have over 16 years of professional piano and vocal training with various music institutions and conservatories. I am a member of Alberta Registered Music Teachers Association (ARMTA), and a member of Alberta Piano Teachers Association (APTA). Furthermore, I have received first place awards with the Calgary Performing Arts Festival (CPAF) and the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS). I have recently graduated with a Bachelor in Music with a 4.0 GPA, summa cum laude, and am looking to expand my studio. Working with kids is something I’ve always enjoyed. Growing up, I volunteered with the Calgary Hungarian Scouts Association as a member and troop leader for many years before branching off to music. My teaching style is catered to each student’s needs. I am very apt at picking up on a student’s learning style and can make sure each lesson is tailored to their learning speed. My goal is to nourish every student’s love of music, to help them master their technique, and to help them express themselves in all the songs they will learn. I have availabilities both in the daytime and in the evening.
