Beth has been teaching music lessons for 13+ years and has instructed over 250 students. Teaching is her greatest passion, whether it's of the classical genre, theory mastery, or equipping a student to use their gifts in worship. She's a triple talent, teaching piano, guitar, and voice lessons, along with music theory, songwriting, audition preparation, and ear training. She provides customized, encouraging, and engaging instruction for each student, specific to their unique interests, experience level and goals.
In May 2011, Beth graduated from Texas Woman's University summa cum laude with her Bachelor's Degree in Music and a minor in Business Management. Music has been her passion since before she started taking piano lessons in third grade, and there was always an innate desire to master the keys. At age fifteen, she taught herself how to play guitar and started writing and performing original songs. In 2013, she became a published songwriter when her songs were produced on her church's Christmas Album ("Who Is This King?"). She has since published two other singles, "My Father Loves Me" and "Worth the Wait." Her songs are available on all streaming platforms.
A native Texan, Beth started out teaching private piano lessons part-time from her home in Colleyville, TX for and has been blessed to be in full-time teaching since January 2017, and it has been a dream come true to be able to invest all her time and energy into the gifts of her precious students. Her teaching experience started primarily with teaching in-person lessons but for the past four years has also included online lessons, and she's since had the privilege of teaching students all across the USA: California, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington, just to name a few. Teaching online has proven to be a very flexible, convenient, and effectual method of teaching and she's excited to continue to expand her online roster around the world, along with serving local clientele as she and her husband recently relocated to the Northwest Arkansas area.
